Filling machines for viscous products

As a specialized manufacturer of filling machines and automation of the filling process for small and medium-sized companies, since 1981, we offer flexible solutions for filling viscous products. We are happy to do a free test filling of your product in our test center and, in cooperation with you, find the optimal setup for your company, based on product and volume. A setup can e.g. consist of a filling machine and a turntable. A sorting table, a lidfitter, a conveyor belt and a labeling machine can be continuously added to this.

The machines are suitable for filling viscous products that can float on their own. Amongst others, foods like jam, honey, nut cream, yoghurt, mustard and various sauces. But also cosmetics, soap, shampoo, cream, paint and glue.

Today, production at Call Me Nuts is geared for growth. Automation has not only freed up time for product development and marketing but has also ensured consistently high quality in every single jar.

We started small with manual filling, today we fill over 37,000 glasses a month with the Flexstationen.

Hr. Skov produces a wide range of 65 products, including jam, dressing and aioli. They bought their first DANA api MATIC 1000 filling machine back in 2008.

I also appreciate the mobility of the machine and the flexibility in relation to the glasses to be filled.

Capsup is an Austrian chili sauce manufacturer that was established in 2013 by Martin Pokorny. As the orders grew, they optimized the processes and since 2016 they have run their own restaurant where they also produce their sauce.
