The filling station with Ø100cm turntable is for the slightly larger production. With the fully automatic turntable, you only have to put the empty glasses on the turntable and remove the full ones. The glass stops automatically under the filling machine, which fills the glass, after which the table turns on to the next glass.
The filling machine is the DANA api MATIC 2000+, which is our medium-sized filling machine. It has a good balance between price and efficiency and is suitable for Hotfill up to 95°C (upgrade must be purchased). The filling station is compact in size, and very fast and intuitive to use.
All parts in contact with the product can be easily disassembled and cleaned either in a dishwasher or with warm water.
