The DANA api MATIC Flexstation is a fully integrated filling station, with two built-in filling heads and fully automatic lidfitter. It is compact machine that does not take up much space in a production. At the same time, it is incredibly efficient and flexible, and is suitable for many different types of packaging and products.
All settings are controlled via the built-in 7" touch screen. If you switch between several types of packaging and products, you select the new type on the screen and the machine itself adjusts to the new parameters.
The two filling heads can either be used separately or combined. This ensures quick changeover, efficient filling process and the possibility of filling two different products in the same glass.
All parts in contact with the product can be easily disassembled and cleaned either in a dishwasher or with warm water.
